The field workers have the possibility to schedule the next service operation for a customer directly from the mobile application. To do this, just follow the steps below:
Step 1: Activate the feature from the AntsRoute interface
First, you must enable this option on the AntsRoute interface.
- Go to the 'Settings module.
- Click on the tab 'Settings'.
- Click on 'Mobile application settings'.
- Activate 'Enable the planning of a new field service from the mobile app'.
- Select the 'Time slots that will be available in the mobile app'.
- Click on the button 'Save'.
Step 2 : Schedule the next service operation from the mobile application
From the mobile application, the field worker can validate and schedule the next visit. To do this, just follow these steps:
- Click on the task from the list.
- Click on 'Complete the field service'.
- Click on 'Validate and plan a new field service'.
- Fill in the 'Field service details'.
- Select the date.
- Select the time slot.
- Click on 'Confirm'.
