The weekly view allows you to get an overview of your team’s activity over several days.
From this screen, you can view scheduled jobs, agent availability, as well as breaks and absences.
View the weekly schedule
To access the weekly view:
- Go to the “Organize” module
- Click on the “Agenda” tab
- Select the “Week” option
- Choose the desired week from the calendar
You can then view all routes for each agent, including:
- Job start and end times
- Job status (scheduled, confirmed, pending)
- Absences and breaks
💡 Tip: Click directly in the schedule to add a new job at the desired time and location.
⚠️ Warning:
A red triangle with an exclamation mark indicates that some jobs are not yet assigned to a route.
Edit a job
From the weekly view, you can modify a job in just a few clicks:
- Double-click on the relevant job
- Click on the “…” button at the top right of the window
- Choose the desired action

You can also reassign a job to another agent using simple drag-and-drop within the schedule.
