Once your routes have been optimized, you can view the list of work orders for each of these routes. To do this, follow these simple steps:
- Go to the “Organize” module.
- Click on the “Routes” tab.
- Select a date in the calendar.
- From the table, click on “...” and “Route's details”.
From this page, you can view general information about the route:
- Planned starting time of route.
- Planned ending time of route.
- Distance to travel.
- Number of work orders.
- Driving time.
- Total time spent working at customer premises.
- Cost of routes (if the option is activated).
💡 For each order, you can view the customer's contact details, the estimated time of arrival at the customer's premises, the duration of the order, the time slot, attachments, custom fields, items to be delivered, etc.
☝️ Good to know: By clicking on the “...” from a work order, you can take a number of actions. For example, you can confirm the work order or notify the customer.
