Once your routes have been generated, you can view their details to see all scheduled stops and the associated information (times, distance, job duration, etc.).
This view allows you to check the organization of a route and quickly access information for each job.
Access the route details
To view the information of a route:
- Go to the Organize module.
- Click on the Routes tab.
- Select the desired date in the calendar.
- In the routes table, click on the “…” menu of the relevant route.
- Click Route's detail.
The route details page will then open.
View general route information
From this page, you can view several important details:
- Planned route start time
- Planned route end time
- Total distance to travel
- Number of stops
- Driving time
- Total duration of on-site jobs
- Route cost or margin (if this option is enabled)
These details provide a global overview of the route organization.
View job details
In the list of route stops, you can view the details of each job:
- Customer contact details
- Estimated arrival time
- State
- Customer information (email, phone number, attachments, etc.)
- Job information (duration, time slot, assigned driver, attachments, etc.)
- Attachments
Additional information may also appear depending on your configuration:
- Price
- Capacities
- Custom fields
- Items to deliver
- Packages to deliver
- Service type
- Required skills
This allows you to quickly review the information related to each job.

By clicking on the “…” menu of a job, you can access several actions.
For example, you can confirm the job or notify the customer.
