Easily view your teams’ daily schedule to track routes, jobs, and each agent’s availability.
From the daily view, you can:
- monitor your drivers’ working hours
- view scheduled jobs
- identify breaks and absences
- adjust routes in just a few clicks
Display the daily schedule
To access the daily schedule:
- Go to the “Organize” module
- Click on the “Agenda” tab
- Select the “Day” view
- Choose the desired date in the calendar
You will then see a complete overview of all routes for that day.
Understand the displayed information
The schedule allows you to quickly view:
- jobs to be completed for each agent
- driving time, shown as a blue line
- route start and end times, indicated by blue circles
- non-working hours, displayed with grey and white stripes
- absences, shown with blue and white stripes (if no absence type is selected)
- breaks, represented by a ☕ icon
💡 Tip:
Click on “...” > “Route's details” next to an agent’s name to view the full list of their assigned jobs.
Edit a route
You can easily reassign a job:
- Click on the job
- Drag and drop it into another agent’s route
- Release to confirm
The route is automatically re-optimized.
Add a job to a route
To add a new job:
- Go to “Organize” > “Agenda”
- Switch to “Day” view
- Select the desired date
- Click on an empty slot in an agent’s route
- Fill in the required information
- Click “Confirm”
The route is automatically optimized after adding the job.
