When you cancel a job from the mobile application, the ongoing route may be automatically re-optimized. This can change the order of the remaining jobs.
If you want to keep the original order of your route, you can disable this automatic re-optimization.
Steps to follow
- Go to the Settings module of your account.
- From Settings, open the Optimization section.
- Disable the option Automated re-optimization of the remaining route end.
- Click Save to apply your changes.
Result:
Once this option is disabled, the order of the remaining jobs will no longer be modified after canceling a job.
