When a job is cancelled from the mobile app during an ongoing route, you can automatically reorganize the remaining stops.
This option optimizes the order of the remaining jobs without any manual action, helping you save time and reduce unnecessary travel.
⚠️ Good to know:
If you have sent a notification to your customers with an estimated arrival time, reoptimizing the route will update the order of the jobs and make these times obsolete.
Enable automatic reoptimization
To enable this feature, follow the steps below:
- Go to the Settings module.
- Click on the Settings > Optimization tab.
- Enable the option Automatic reoptimization of the remaining end of the route.
- Click Save to apply your changes.
Result
Once this option is enabled:
- When a job is cancelled from the mobile app
- The remaining route is automatically reorganized
- The order of the jobs is optimized without any additional action
