If you cancel a field service operation of an ongoing route from the mobile application, you have the possibility to re-optimise the remaining route. To re-optimise the order of the remaining route, just complete the steps below:
Note: If you have sent a notification to your customers with the estimated time of arrival, the recalculation of the route end will invalidate this arrival time.
- Go to the 'Settings' module.
- Click on the tab 'Settings'.
- Click on 'Optimization settings'.
- Activate the option 'Automated re-optimization of the remaining route end'.
- Click on the button 'Save'.
