If a job no longer needs to be carried out, you can cancel it as long as the route has not started yet.
From the AntsRoute interface, two options are available:
- Unschedule the job: to reschedule it for another date.
- Delete the job: to remove it permanently.

Unschedule a Job
If you want to postpone a job to a later date, you can unschedule it. The job will be removed from the route but will remain saved in AntsRoute so that it can be scheduled again later.
Steps to follow
- Go to the “Organise” module.
- Open the “Routes” tab.
- Click “…”, then select “Route's details”.
- Locate the job you want to unschedule.
- Click “…” > “Manage this delivery”, then select “Unplan”.
- Click “Confirm”.
The job is then removed from the route.
💡 Good to know:
An unscheduled job can be moved to a new date:
- Click “View list” of the jobs scheduled for that day but not assigned to a route.
- Select the relevant job.
- Click “Reschedule”.
- Choose the new date.
Delete a Job
If the job should no longer be carried out, you can delete it permanently.
⚠️ Once deleted, a job cannot be recovered.
Steps to follow
- Go to the “Organise” module.
- Open the “Routes” tab.
- Click “…”, then select “Route's details”.
- Locate the job you want to delete.
- Click “…” > “Manage this delivery”, then select “Delete”.
- Click “Confirm”.
The job is then permanently removed from the route.
