Introduction
Links sent in your notifications can be customized to reflect your brand and improve the customer experience.
You can customize:
- the logo
- the colors
- the displayed information

Steps to customize links
- Go to Settings.
- Open the Notifications tab.
- Click on Style of links.
- Customize the appearance of your links:
- add your logo
- set the primary color
- select the custom fields to display
- choose whether to display your company’s phone number and email
- choose whether to display your drivers’ name and phone number
- choose whether to display the duration of jobs
- choose whether to display the price of jobs
- allow or prevent the customer from editing their address
- allow or prevent the customer from editing their phone number

Additional Information About Links
💡 Some fields can be modified by the customer
The address, phone number, and custom fields can only be edited by the customer via the following links:
- planning
- confirmation
- rescheduling
☝️ Good to know: your company information
Your company’s phone number and email displayed in the links can be modified from:
blue circle (top right) > My account > General information
💡 Displaying the job price
If you have enabled a pricing rule for jobs, you can display the job price in the links sent to your customers.
The price is automatically updated based on the information entered by the customer.
☝️ Good to know: link preview
On the right side of the screen, you can access a preview of the links.
By selecting a link type from the dropdown list, you can see changes in real time.
