Introduction
Reports allow you to formalize completed jobs and share a document with your customers.
They can be used as:
- a job report
- a delivery note
- proof of service
👉 You can send them automatically via your notifications.
Create a report template
- Go to Settings.
- Open the Reports section.
- Click on "+" button to create a template.
- Enter a name for your template.
- Add the necessary information and variables:
- job details
- customer information
- package or item details
- signature, photos, etc.
- Save your template.
Use the report in a notification
Once your template is created:
- you can associate it with a notification
- or allow it to be downloaded via a link
👉 The customer will be able to access the document directly from the message received.

After configuring your reports, you can generate PDF reports for completed jobs from the Analyze module.

☝️ Good to know: sending as an email attachment
AntsRoute also allows you to attach a report to your email notifications.
To do this, simply add the “Report attached” variable at the end of your message.
