Introduction
AntsRoute allows you to access a history of notifications sent to your customers via the Activity feed.
π This history allows you to:
- check that a message has been sent
- view the content of notifications
- identify the user or agent who triggered the notification
Access the notification history for a job
- Go to the Organize module.
- Open the List of deliveries tab.
- Identify the relevant job and click on β¦ > More details.
- In the job details, click on Activity feed.
π You can access all notifications sent for this job.
View available information
From the Activity feed, you can:
- view sent messages
- check the date and time they were sent
- identify the user or agent who triggered the notification
π This allows you to keep a complete record of your communications.
Send a notification from the history
You can also send a notification directly from this screen:
- Click on Send a notification.
- Write your message.
- Send it.
π This allows you to quickly respond to a customer.
