Introduction
When you send a scheduling or rescheduling link to your customers, you can limit the dates on which they can schedule an appointment.
This feature allows you to stay in control of your schedule and avoid unwanted time slots.

Steps to define allowed days
Let’s take the example of sending a notification with a scheduling link from the job basket:
- Go to the Plan module.
- Open the Basket of deliveries tab.
- Select the customers to notify.
- Click on Notify customers.
- Choose a notification template containing a scheduling link.
- Click Notify customers again.
- Check the option “Define authorised planning days”.
- Click on Add, then select a date or a time period.
- If needed, add additional periods by clicking Add.
- Click on Notify to send the notification.
👉 The customer will only be able to select a time slot within the periods you have defined.

- This option is only available when sending a notification that includes a scheduling or rescheduling link.
- You can define multiple periods depending on your constraints.
- This feature is especially useful for managing peak periods or operational constraints.
