The history of delivered items allows you to accurately track delivered quantities, identify discrepancies, and analyze the quality of your deliveries.
Before you start
To access this data, you must have enabled item management on your account.

Access the item history
To view the history of delivered items, follow these steps:
- Go to the “Analyze” module.
- Click on the “History of items” tab.
- Select the desired period using the calendar.
The data will then be displayed in a table.
Filter results
You can refine the displayed data using the indicators located above the table.
Available filters include:
- Deliveries done with items delivered in conformity
- Deliveries done with items delivered with anomalies
- Deliveries cancelled or done with items not delivered
- Deliveries not completed.
💡 You can combine multiple filters to refine your analysis.
Understanding uncompleted deliveries:
Uncompleted deliveries include the following statuses:
- Planned
- Postponed
- Ongoing
- Confirmed
- Pending
These correspond to all deliveries that have not yet been finalized.
Track item quantities
If you allow your drivers to manage item quantities during deliveries, you can view:
- Planned quantities
- Loaded quantities (only in pick-up & delivery mode)
- Actually delivered quantities
☝️ Good to know: this information helps you quickly identify discrepancies and improve the reliability of your operations.
☝️ Good to know: From the list of items and the item history, you can export your data in CSV or Excel format.
