If necessary, your agents can change their password directly from the mobile application settings. To do this, the agent must follow these steps from the mobile application:
- At the top left, tap Menu .
- Tap “Settings”.
- From “Password”, click on “Edit”.
- Enter the current password.
- Define and confirm the new password.
- Tap the “Confirm” button.
