Voice notifications allow your field agents to be immediately informed of changes to their route, even if they are not looking at their screen.
When a delivery is added, canceled, or completed, the mobile app can automatically read a notification out loud, in addition to the push notification.
Activation is done in two steps:
- From the web interface
- From the mobile application
Step 1: Enable voice notifications from the web interface
Before your agents can use voice notifications, you must enable this feature from the web interface.
How to proceed?
- Click on the Settings module.
- From Settings in the side menu, click on Mobile application.
- Enable the option Activate voice notifications.
- Click Save.
✅ The feature is now available for mobile app users.
Step 2: Enable voice notifications in the mobile application
Each agent must then activate the option directly from their mobile app.
How to proceed?
- Tap the menu in the top left corner.
- Select Settings.
- Enable the Voice notifications option.
Adjust the playback speed
You can adjust the speech speed according to your preference:
- Tap “–” to slow down the voice.
- Tap “+” to speed up the voice.
- Use the test button to listen to the result.
- Tap the reset button if you want to return to the default settings.
💡 We recommend testing the speed to choose the one that suits you best, especially while on the move.
