When a field agent cancels a task from the AntsRoute mobile app, they can select a cancellation reason to justify the action.
Examples of reasons: address not found, customer absent, damaged package, missing equipment, etc.
To enable this functionality, you must first create the list of reasons from the web interface.
Steps to create cancellation reasons
- Go to the “Settings” module in your AntsRoute interface.
- Click on the “Cancellation reasons” tab.
- Type a reason into the input field.
- Press “Enter” to save it.
💡 You can add as many reasons as needed. They will be immediately available in the mobile app.
Make selecting a reason mandatory
You can require your drivers to always select a cancellation reason when cancelling a task from the mobile app. To enable this option:
- In your account, go to “Settings”.
- Select the tab “Settings”.
- Click on “Mobile application settings”.
- Enable the option “Mandatory selection of a cancel reason”.
- Click “Save”.
Once this option is activated, drivers must select a reason in order to confirm a cancellation from the mobile app.
💡 Agents will also need to fill in the cancellation comment.
