The AntsRoute mobile application allows drivers to customise the display of fields in the list of tasks to be carried out. They can select the information they want to display and organise the order in which it appears.
Available fields
Drivers can display the following fields in the list of deliveries or field service operations:
- Last name (always visible)
- First name (always visible)
- Address (always visible)
- Phone number
- Mobile phone number
- Customer External ID
- External ID
- Type of service
- Time slot
- Duration of the task
- Personalised fields related to the customer or the task (non-private)
💡 Custom fields of boolean type with the value ‘False’ will not be visible.
Modify the display of fields
To customise the display of fields in the list of the day's tasks:
- Open the AntsRoute mobile application.
- Go to the list of the day's tasks.
- Click on the cogwheel at the top right.
- Tick the boxes of the fields you want to view.
- Rearrange the order in which the fields are displayed by dragging and dropping, if necessary.
- Changes are automatically saved when you click the back arrow.
By following these steps, each driver can adapt the display of information to their needs and optimise the management of their operations.
