If you are using the types of service, you can define priorities for the planning of work orders, i.e. ensure that our algorithm gives priority to the planning of certain tasks over others.
💡 This function is designed for people who use types of service.
💡 If all the work orders can be scheduled on the chosen date, the priority will not be taken into account by our algorithms.
- Go to the “Settings” module.
- Click on the “Types of service” tab.
- Click on the “+” button in the top right-hand corner.
- Enter a “Name”, for example, “Priority task”.
- Enter a “Duration” in minutes.
- For “Priority”, select the “High” option.
- Fill in the other fields if necessary.
- Click on the “Save” button.
When planning a work order, you simply need to select the type of service with the “High” priority that you have just created in the “Service type” field.
☝️ Good to know: The prioritisation of work orders also works if you use the import of work orders.
