The duplication feature allows you to save time by automatically reusing all existing information.
Why duplicate a job?
When you duplicate a job, all elements are retained:
- constraints (time slots, resources, etc.)
- customer information
- custom fields
You can then edit this information if needed before confirming.
💡 Good to know:
You can also duplicate jobs from the “Analyze” module, whether they are:
- planned
- completed
- canceled
- unassigned
This is especially useful for rescheduling a job that was canceled from the mobile app.
Steps to duplicate a job
Here’s how to do it from the “Organize” module:
- Go to the “Organize” module.
- Click on the “List of deliveries” tab.
- Select the date on which the job to duplicate is scheduled.
- Find the relevant job and click on “…” > “Manage this delivery” > “Duplicate”.
- Update the information if needed.
- Select “Plan this delivery on” and choose a new date.
- Click on “Add”.
