Some jobs may remain unassigned after creating your routes.
This means they are not linked to any route.
To avoid missing anything, you can:
- move them to another date
- or send them back to the basket
Move jobs to another date
Want to quickly reschedule your jobs? Follow these steps:
- Go to Organize
- Open the Agenda tab
- Select the relevant date
- Click View list of unassigned jobs
- Select the jobs you want to update (or click Select all)
- Click Reschedule
- Choose a new date
- Click Save
➡️ The jobs are immediately moved to the new date.
Send jobs back to the basket
Prefer to plan them later? You can send them back to the basket:
- Go to Organize
- Open Agenda
- Select the relevant date
- Click View list of unassigned jobs
- Select the jobs (or Select all)
- Click Add to basket
➡️ The jobs are removed from the schedule and available in your basket.
💡 Why do some jobs remain unassigned?
There can be several reasons:
- time constraints are too strict
- service areas are incompatible
- route is already full, etc.
Make sure to check unassigned jobs regularly to keep your schedule reliable.
