Define a maximum authorised distance for adding a work order

AntsRoute offers a parameter that can be used to limit the addition of work orders to a route according to the additional distance to be covered. There are two separate parameters for this option:

• Maximum distance (km) authorised for adding a first work order to a route: The optimisation does not offer availability for adding a first work order to a route if this adds more km than the defined limit.
• Maximum distance (km) authorised for adding work orders: The optimisation does not suggest availabilities for adding a work order that adds more km to the route than the defined limit.

To activate this option, follow these steps:

1. Go to the ‘Settings’ module.
2. Click on the ‘Settings’ tab in the side menu.
3. Click on ‘Optimisation settings’.
4. Define a ‘Maximum distance (km) authorised to add a first work order in a route’ and/or a ‘Maximum authorised distance (km) to add extra work orders’.
5. Click on ‘Save’.
