In AntsRoute, you can create multiple sites (or depots) to organise your operations, for example if you manage several geographical areas or logistics centres.
If a site is no longer used, you can delete it directly from your account settings.
Delete a site
To delete a site in AntsRoute, follow these steps:
- Select the site you want to delete at the top left of the interface.
- Open the “Settings” module.
- Click on “General Information”.
- Click the red “Delete your site” button located at the top right of the page.
- Enter the name of the site to confirm the deletion.
- Click “Delete”.
⚠️ Before Deleting a Site
Deleting a site is permanent.
When you delete a site, all associated data will also be deleted, including:
- customers
- vehicles
- drivers
- routes and other data related to the site
In addition, users who only have access to this site will be automatically logged out. They will no longer be able to access AntsRoute until a new site is assigned to them.
Summary
Deleting a site helps keep your AntsRoute account organised when certain depots are no longer used. Before confirming this action, make sure that the associated data is no longer needed, as the deletion cannot be undone.
