The AntsRoute mobile app is designed for technicians and drivers, allowing them to:
- View their daily routes,
- Track each step of their route,
- Validate each job with proof of delivery (signature, photo, comment, etc.).
The app is available free of charge on Android (via Google Play) and iOS (via the App Store).
Steps for First-Time Access
1. Download the Mobile App
Your field workers should first download the app to their smartphone from:
- Google Play (Android)
- App Store (iOS)
2. Generate Routes from the Web Interface
Before your agents can view their routes, you must schedule these routes via the web platform at app.antsroute.com from a computer.
Share Login Credentials
To allow your agents to log in, you need to provide them with:
- An email address (used as the login)
- A password
📧 Retrieve or Edit an Agent’s Email Address
- Go to the “Resources” section in the main menu.
- Click on “Drivers”.
- The second column of the table displays each agent’s associated email address.
- If needed, you can modify this email address:
- Click on the “…” icon to the right of the agent.
- Select “Edit”.
💡 The email address can be fictitious; it is only used for logging into the mobile app.
🔐 Set a Password
- Still from “Resources” > “Drivers”.
- Find the agent, click on “…”, then select “Reset password”.
- Define a password and share it with the agent.
Once these steps are completed, the agent can open the mobile app, enter their credentials, and start using AntsRoute in the field.
