When a delivery has been cancelled from the Monitor module in the AntsRoute web interface or from the mobile app, it can be moved to a new date without changing its content.
This is useful when a delivery simply needs to be postponed while keeping the same settings (duration, address, constraints, etc.).
⚠️ Important: a cancelled delivery that is moved cannot be edited (duration, time slot, customer details, etc.).
☝️ If you need to modify the delivery information, you must use the Reschedule option. Learn more.
Steps to move a cancelled delivery
- Go to the Plan module.
- Click on Cancelled deliveries to display the list of affected deliveries.
- Identify the delivery to move and click on … > Manage this delivery > Move.
- Select the date to which you want to move the delivery.
- Click Save to confirm.
☝️ Useful information
-
Delivery status:
- In the web interface, within the original agent’s route, the delivery appears with the status Rescheduled as soon as it has been moved.
- In the mobile app, it remains visible with the status Cancelled.
-
Assignment:
- Once moved to the new date, the delivery will be unassigned. You will therefore need to re-optimise your routes or manually assign it to an agent if required.
☝️ Good to know: you can move several cancelled deliveries at once:
- Tick the checkboxes (first column of the table) for the deliveries you want to move.
- Click the Move button located above the table.
Tip: to make selection easier, you can display up to 100 items per page using the option available at the bottom of the table.
