The vehicles are associated with field workers and must be defined before adding workers. In order to add a vehicle, you must complete the following steps: :

Note: If you have activated the 'Cost calculation' option in the settings, you can define the cost (€/km) when adding new vehicle.
Note: You also have the possibility to enter the carrying capacity of your vehicle. The capacities allow you to manage numerical constraints between the vehicles and the different orders. This can be a volume in m3, a weight in kg, a number of pallets or a number of packages. For example, when a vehicle has a maximum volume of 12 m3, it is necessary to ensure that this volume is not exceeded when optimising routes. The capacities are usually created from the 'Capacities' tab of the 'Settings' module. It is also possible to add new capacities directly from the 'Vehicles' tab of the 'Resources' module by clicking on the 'Add a capacity' button.
Edit a vehicle
