In AntsRoute, you can easily manage recurring jobs. Depending on your needs, you can delete all occurrences, a single occurrence, or an occurrence and all subsequent ones. Follow the detailed steps below based on your situation.
Delete All Occurrences of a Recurring Job
To completely delete a recurring job and all its associated occurrences:
- Go to the “Customers” module.
- Enter the first three letters of the client's name in the search bar.
- Click “...” > “Customer sheet”.
- Open the “Recurring work orders” tab.
- Locate the relevant job, click “...”, then “Delete”.
- Click the “Confirm” button.
💡 The date selector is by default set to the date of the next occurrence.
Delete a Single Occurrence of a Recurring Job
If you only want to delete a specific occurrence:
- Go to the “Customers” module.
- Enter the first three letters of the client's name in the search bar.
- Click “...” > “Customer sheet”.
- Open the “Forthcoming work orders” tab.
- Find the occurrence you want to delete, click “...”, then “Delete”.
- Select “Delete only this work order”.
- Click on “Confirm”.
Delete an Occurrence and All Subsequent Ones
To delete a specific occurrence and all that follow:
- Go to the “Customers” module.
- Enter the first three letters of the client's name in the search bar.
- Click “...” > “Customer sheet”.
- Open the “Forthcoming work orders” tab.
- Find the occurrence from which you want to delete onward, click “...”, then “Delete”.
- Select “Delete this work order and all the following linked”.
- Click “Confirm”.
