Some jobs may remain unassigned after your routes have been created. This means that they have not been assigned to any route.
You can identify why they were not assigned, filter them to find them more easily, and then choose to:
- move them to another date;
- or move them back to the basket to schedule them later.
Identify the reason why a job was not assigned
When a job could not be assigned to a route, you can check the reason why it remained unassigned.
In the jobs tables, the Unassignment reason column allows you to quickly identify the cause.
If this column is not displayed in the table, click Modify columns, then select Unassignment reason to display it.
To display only unassigned jobs in your table, follow these steps:
- Go to Organize.
- Click the List of deliveries tab.
- Click Filter.
- Select State.
- Choose Unassigned.
- Click Apply.
💡 This information can help you understand why a job was not included in a route and decide what action to take.

You can display only the jobs that match a specific unassignment reason.
For example, to find jobs that were not assigned due to working hours:
- Go to Organize.
- Click the List of deliveries tab.
- Click Filter.
- Select Unassignment reason.
- Choose, for example, Working hours.
- Click Apply.
➡️ The table displays only the jobs matching the selected reason.

Send jobs back to the basket
Prefer to plan them later? You can send them back to the basket:
- Go to Organize
- Open Agenda
- Select the relevant date
- Click View list of unassigned jobs
- Select the jobs (or Select all)
- Click Add to basket
➡️ The jobs are removed from the schedule and available in your basket.
💡 Good to know: From the unassigned jobs panel, you can choose to show or hide the map displaying their locations. To do so, click Filter, then select or clear Display map, depending on your needs.
💡 Why do some jobs remain unassigned?
A job may remain unassigned when it cannot be added to a route while meeting the defined constraints.
This may be due to:
- available capacity;
- time constraints;
- the service area;
- or other planning constraints.
To identify the cause more easily, check the Unassignment reason column or use the corresponding filter.
You can then adjust your planning or reschedule the affected jobs.
In summary
When a job remains unassigned, you can identify the unassignment reason and filter jobs based on that reason.
You can then move them to another date or return them to the basket to schedule them later.
Remember to check your unassigned jobs regularly to avoid overlooking any and keep your schedule up to date.
