Introduction
After a job is completed, you can automatically send a notification to your customers to:
- share a report
- collect their feedback on the service
๐ These notifications help showcase your work and improve the quality of your services.
Step 1: Access notification settings
- Go to Settings.
- Open the Notifications tab.
- Click on Notification templates.
Step 2: Create a post-job notification
- Click the โ+ Addโ button.
- Choose the sending channel (SMS or email).
- Select the notification type after job completion.
- Enter a name for your template.
- Enable the notification.
- Write your message.
๐ The notification is sent automatically 30 minutes after the job is completed.
If you choose an email notification, you can customize the sender and the subject of the message.
โ๏ธ Note: by default, email notifications are sent from noreply@antsroute.com. You can use a different sender address by contacting support via email.
โ๏ธ Note: by default, SMS notifications are sent with the sender name ANTSROUTE. To use a different sender name, contact support via email.
Step 3: Send a job report
Ideal for:
- sharing a document with the customer
- formalizing the completed service
The customer can download a report directly from the link received.
๐ Insert the report download link variable into your message and save.
โ๏ธ Important: to insert this variable, you must first create a report template. To learn more about configuring reports, please refer to the dedicated support article.
Step 4: Request customer feedback
Ideal for:
- measuring customer satisfaction
- identifying areas for improvement
The customer is directed to an interface where they can submit their feedback.
๐ Insert the rating link variable into your message and save.
Then, you can configure the link validity period as well as the information displayed on your rating links.
To do so, follow these steps:
- Go to Settings.
- Open the Notifications tab.
- Click on Rating link.
- Set the link validity period.
- Fill in the following fields:
- Page title
- Description
- Error message
- If you have created reports, you can choose which ones will be directly downloadable from the feedback link.

Step 5: Customize your message
To maximize customer responses:
- thank the customer for their trust
- clearly explain the purpose of the link
- use a simple and engaging message
๐ You can automatically add information (customer name, date, etc.) using variables available via the AntsRoute icon in the Message section.
Step 6: Test your notification
Before activating it:
- Create a test job
- Mark it as completed
- Check the received message and links
