Cancelling your subscription will result in the permanent deletion of all data associated with your account (routes, customers, reports, etc.). Make sure to export any important information before proceeding.

If you are not yet a customer, you must delete your account and the associated data by following the steps outlined in this article.
What happens after cancellation?
- You will lose access to all features of the platform.
- Your data will be irreversibly deleted.
- No further charges will be applied after the effective cancellation date.
Steps to cancel your subscription
- Click the blue circle at the top right of the AntsRoute interface.
- Select the “My subscription” tab.
- Click the “Modify plan” button.
- Click on “Cancel subscription”.
- Click “Confirm” to finalize the cancellation.
