If you are using AntsRoute during the trial period, you can delete your account and all associated data directly from your workspace.
Deleting an account permanently removes the information related to your organisation (routes, addresses, users, etc.). This action cannot be undone.
⚠️ Important:
If you are already a customer with an active subscription, you must first cancel your subscription. Please refer to this article for the procedure.
Delete your account during the trial period
To delete your AntsRoute account and all associated data, follow the steps below:
- Click on the blue circle in the top-right corner of the interface.
- Go to the “My account” tab.
- Click on the “General preferences” tab.
- Click the “Purge data” button.
- Click “Continue” to confirm the deletion of your account and all associated data.
Once this action is confirmed, your account will be permanently deleted.
