To make it easier to share information between members of your team, AntsRoute provides an activity feed (exchanges) on each customer record.
This feed allows you to centralise all comments, calls, emails and tasks related to a customer. This way, everyone has access to the same information, in real time.
Why use the activity feed?
The activity feed allows you to:
- Keep a clear record of interactions with a customer
- Share important information with your colleagues
- Track actions that need to be completed
- Avoid oversights or duplicate work
Everything is gathered in one place, directly within the customer record.
How do I add a comment to a customer?
Follow these steps:
- Go to the “Customers” module.
- Click on the relevant customer to open their record.
- Select the “Exchanges (activity feed)” tab.
- Choose the type of entry from the following options:
- Comment
- Incoming call
- Outgoing call
- Incoming email
- Outgoing email
- Task to complete
- Other
- Enter a clear and detailed description.
- Click the “Save” button.
Your comment is now visible to other users on your account.
Sending a one-off notification to a customer
If you would like to send a notification to your customer, click the “Notify” button located at the top right of the screen.
This allows you to send a message directly to the relevant customer.
☝️ Good to know: When you use the bulk notification option and view the table of sent notifications, a dedicated link allows you to access the activity feed of each customer directly.
Editing or deleting a comment
Have you made a mistake or need to update some information?
- Click the three dots “…” to the right of the relevant comment.
- Select the required action (edit or delete).
Filtering comments
To make reading easier:
- Click “Filter the display”.
- Select the types of entries you would like to display.
For example, you can choose to view only calls or only tasks to be completed.
