Introduction
From a customer record, you can quickly view all jobs linked to that customer. This allows you to track completed jobs, upcoming visits, and jobs that still need to be scheduled.
View a customer’s jobs
To access a customer’s jobs, follow these steps:
- Open the “Customers” module.
- Use the search bar to find a customer by name or address.
- Click the “…” button on the right side of the customer line.
- Select “Customer sheet”.
From the customer record, you can access several tabs:
- Recurring deliveries: displays regularly scheduled jobs.
- Forthcoming deliveries: displays future scheduled jobs.
- Past deliveries: displays the history of completed jobs.
- Deliveries to plan: displays jobs that still need to be planned.
Perform bulk actions
From the “Forthcoming jobs”, “Past jobs”, and “Jobs to plan” tabs, you can perform actions on several jobs at the same time.
To do this:
- Select one or more jobs.
- Click the “Actions” button located above the table.
- Choose the action you want to apply.

Bulk actions help you save time when managing or updating multiple jobs at once.
