You can prevent specific agents from being assigned to a particular customer. This feature is useful when certain field workers should not perform jobs for a given customer.
Once restricted agents are defined, they will no longer be suggested during intervention planning for that customer.
Set restricted agents from the customer profile
To add restricted agents to a customer, follow the steps below.
- Open the Customers module.
- Search for the relevant customer using the search bar.
- Click the … button and select Customer sheet.
- Open the General information tab.
- In the Prohibited agents field, select the agents you want to exclude.
- Click Save to apply the changes.
Add restricted agents during an Excel import
You can also define restricted agents directly from an Excel import file.
To do so:
- add a column named Prohibited agents;
- enter the email address of each agent to exclude in the corresponding cell;
- if several agents must be restricted for the same customer, separate the email addresses with a comma.
Example:
agent1@antsroute.com,agent2@antsroute.com
Good to Know:
- Agents marked as restricted cannot be assigned automatically or manually to interventions for the selected customer.
- You can update this list at any time from the customer profile.
