You can define mandatory field agents for each of your customers.
This feature allows you to restrict job assignments to authorized agents only for a specific customer.
When scheduling jobs, only the agents defined as mandatory will be available for assignment.
Define mandatory agents from a customer profile
To add mandatory agents to a customer:
- Open the Customers module.
- Search for the customer using their name or address.
- Click … and then select Customer sheet.
- Open the General information tab.
- In the Forced agents field, select the agents authorized to perform jobs for this customer.
- Click Save to apply your changes.
Add mandatory agents through an Excel import
You can also define mandatory agents when importing customers from an Excel file.
To do this:
- Add a column named Forced agents to your file.
- Enter the email address of the authorized agents in each cell.
If multiple agents must be added for the same customer, separate the email addresses with commas.
Example:
agent1@antsroute.com,agent2@antsroute.com
Good to know: only agents defined as mandatory agents will be available for assignment to this customer’s jobs.
