If your customer is not available, you can report him/her as absent on AntsRoute so that you do not schedule any deliveries or services for this customer during this period of absence. To do this, follow these steps:
π‘ If delivery or service was planned at your customer's site during this period of absence, you need to unplan these tasks or re-optimise the routes.
Add an absence
- Go to the βCustomersβ module.
- Use the search bar to find your customer.
- Click on β...β > βCustomer sheetβ.
- Click on βAbsencesβ.
- Click on the βAdd an absenceβ button.
- Select a βStart dateβ.
- Select an βEnd dateβ.
- If necessary, determine a βReasonβ for absence.
- Click on the βSaveβ button.
Delete an absence
- Go to the βCustomersβ module.
- Use the search bar to find your customer.
- Click on β...β > βCustomer sheetβ.
- Click on βAbsencesβ.
- Identify the absence you wish to delete and click on β...β > βDeleteβ.
- Click on the βConfirmβ button.
