AntsRoute lets you position unassigned work orders or reposition planned tasks to a fixed position in a route. This feature makes it possible to optimise the organisation of routes by adapting the order of tasks according to your needs.
Two options available
You can perform two actions:
- Position an unassigned work orders at a fixed position in a route.
- Reposition a planned task to a fixed position in the same route or in another route.
💡 This option is also available for ongoing routes in the ‘Monitor’ module.
How to position or reposition a task
- Access the ‘Organise’ module.
- Click on the ‘Routes’ tab.
- Select a date using the date picker.
- Identify the route concerned and click on ‘...’ > ‘Route's details’.
- Locate the task concerned and click on ‘...’ > ‘Reposition’.
- Select a route.
- Enter the new position (a whole number) in the route.
- Click on the ‘Save’ button.
By following these steps, you can easily adjust the order of tasks.
