AntsRoute allows you to view the history of changes made to a delivery or job. This feature is useful for tracking adjustments (such as changes to time slots, addresses, statuses, etc.).
🙋♂️ For each action listed in the history, you can see:
- The nature of the modification,
- The date and time of the action,
- And most importantly, the agent (user) who performed the action.
Steps to access the history
Here’s how to access the history of a job from the list of orders:
- Go to the “Organize” module in the main menu.
- Click on the “List of deliveries” tab.
- Select the desired time period using the calendar.
- Find the relevant job, then click on “...” “More details”.
- Then click on the “History” button to view all recorded changes.
