Access the history of changes to a job

AntsRoute allows you to view the history of changes made to a delivery or job. This feature is useful for tracking adjustments (such as changes to time slots, addresses, statuses, etc.).

🙋‍♂️ For each action listed in the history, you can see:

• The nature of the modification,
• The date and time of the action,
• And most importantly, the agent (user) who performed the action.

Steps to access the history

Here’s how to access the history of a job from the list of orders:

1. Go to the “Organize” module in the main menu.
2. Click on the “List of deliveries” tab.
3. Select the desired time period using the calendar.
4. Find the relevant job, then click on “...” “More details”.
5. Then click on the “History” button to view all recorded changes.
