AntsRoute allows you to reverse the order of scheduled deliveries or work orders within a route.
⚠️ This feature is not compatible with the “Pickup & Delivery” mode.
What the reversal actually does:
When you reverse a route, the last delivery becomes the first, the penultimate delivery becomes the second, and so on. The order of deliveries is completely reversed, from start to finish.
For example, if the original order is:
- Delivery A
- Delivery B
- Delivery C
- Delivery D
After reversal, the order will be:
- Delivery D
- Delivery C
- Delivery B
- Delivery A
Steps to reverse a route from the “Agenda” tab:
- Go to the “Organize” module in the main menu.
- Click on the “Agenda” tab.
- Locate the route you want to modify and click the “...” button to the right of the driver’s name.
- Select the option “Reverse delivery order”.
- Click the “Reverse” button to confirm the operation.
⚠️ Important
Reversing the order of deliveries ignores certain constraints, such as:
- time slots defined for customers;
- vehicle capacities;
- customer opening hours;
- drivers' working hours.
👉 We strongly recommend reviewing the feasibility of the route after modification.
If any constraints are no longer respected, the affected deliveries will appear with a red line in the agenda view, providing a visual alert for potential conflicts.
