AntsRoute allows you to reposition a work order in a route by following the steps below:
From the “Organise” module
You can reposition a work order within a route that has not been started from the “Organise” module. For example, from the “Routes” tab, follow these simple steps:
- Go to the “Organise” module.
- Click on the “Routes” tab.
- Select a date using the date picker.
- Identify the route and click on “...” > “Route's detail”.
- Identify the work order and click on “...” > “Reposition”.
- Indicate the new position (positive integer) within the route.
- Click on the “Save” button.
From the “Monitor” module
You can also reposition a work order within a route started from the “Monitor” module. To do this, follow these simple steps:
- Go to the “Monitor” module.
- Click on the “Map” tab.
- Identify the route and click on your driver's e-mail address.
- Identify the work order and click on “...” > “Reposition”.
- Indicate the new position (positive integer) within the route.
- Click on the “Save” button.
