From the analysis module, you can access the history of work orders. To do this, follow these steps:
- Go to the “Analyse” module.
- Click on the “Work order report” tab.
- Select a period in the calendar.
💡 Indicators enable to see at a glance the number of work orders completed, cancelled, not assigned and planned for the chosen period. You can click on one of the indicators to filter the display of orders.
☝️ Good to know: By clicking on the “Modify columns” button, you can select the items you wish to display in your table.
☝️ Good to know: You can apply filters to temporarily hide certain work orders in your tables. To do this, simply click on the “Filter” button.
☝️ Good to know: You can export work orders in CSV or Excel format. To do this, click on the “Download work orders” button in the top right-hand corner.
☝️ Good to know: By clicking on “…”, you can notify the customer or generate a service report.
☝️ Good to know: For work orders with “planned” status, you can carry out several actions: mark done, cancel and add to the basket.
☝️ Good to know: For work orders with “cancelled” status, you can carry out several actions: reprogram, reschedule, add to the basket.
