If some work orders have not been validated by your field workers from the mobile application, you can validate them in these past routes from the web interface. To do this, follow these steps:
💡 For routes to be displayed on D+1 in the “Route report” tab, field workers must at least have clicked on the “Start route” button in the mobile application.
- Go to the “Analyse” module.
- Click on the “Route history” tab.
- Select a date in the calendar.
- Click on “...” > “Route's detail”.
- In the “Completed route” column, identify a work order and click on “...” > “Mark done”.
- Select the date and time it was carried out.
- If necessary, add a “Done comment”.
- Click on the “Confirm” button.
💡 Unlike validating a work order from the mobile application, you cannot add proof of delivery from the web interface.
☝️ Good to know: If you have activated the item management option, you can indicate the status of delivered items.
