If some work orders have not been cancelled by your field workers from the mobile application, you can cancel them in these past routes from the web interface. To do this, follow these steps:
💡 For routes to be displayed on D+1 in the “Route report” tab, field workers must at least have clicked on the “Start route” button in the mobile application.
- Go to the “Analyse” module.
- Click on the “Route history” tab.
- Select a date in the calendar.
- Click on “...” > “Route's detail”.
- In the “Completed route” column, identify a work order and click on “...” > “Cancel”.
- If necessary, add a “comment”.
- Click on the “Confirm” button.
