If multiple records have been created for the same customer, you can merge them to keep your customer database clean and centralized.
Once the merge is completed, interventions and conversation history from the merged customer records are preserved.
Merge customers :
- Go to the “Customers” module.
- Find and select the customers you want to merge.
- Click on the “Merge” button.
- Select the customer file you want to keep.
- Click on the “Merge” button.
Good to know:
- Interventions linked to the merged records are preserved.
- Conversation history is also consolidated into the retained record.
- This action helps prevent duplicate customer records in your database.
