Add or edit a warehouse

With AntsRoute, you can manage multiple sites (or warehouses) from a single account.
Each site operates independently and has its own:

• Vehicles and drivers
• Customers
• Optimization settings
• Sectorization and delivery areas
• Time slots
• Item database
• Notification and report templates
• Booking site

This allows you, for example, to easily manage multiple agencies or depots.
 

Add a warehouse

💡 Good to know: the new site automatically copies most of the settings from the site you are currently on at the time of creation. This helps you save time during the initial setup.

1. Go to the ‘Settings’ module.
2. Click on the ‘Create a new warehouse’ button in the side menu.
3. Define a ‘Name’.
4. Define an ‘Address’.
5. Click on the ‘Save’ button.

💡 Once your warehouse has been created, you can modify its settings. We invite you to consult our dedicated articles to find out more about the different settings.
 

Edit a warehouse

Do you want to update a site’s information (name, address, or other settings)? Here’s how to do it:

Steps to follow:

1. Select your warehouse at the top left of the interface.
2. Go to the ‘Settings’ module.
3. Click on ‘General information’.
4. Modify the required information.
5. Click on the ‘Save’ button.
