There may be situations where you need to manually adjust the order of jobs in an already optimized route (customer emergency, field constraints, absence, etc.).
This can be done in just a few clicks from your interface.
⚠️ Important: Changing the order of jobs may impact the quality of the initial optimization (travel time, distances, etc.).
Reordering from the Routes tab
Follow these steps to modify a specific route:
- Go to the Organize module
- Click on the Routes tab
- Select the relevant date
- Locate the route you want to modify and click on ... > Route's details
Once inside the route: - Click on a job
- Hold the click and drag and drop the job to the desired position
Reordering from the Agenda tab
You can also make this change from the agenda view:
- Go to the Organize module
- Click on the Agenda tab
- Select the relevant date
- Identify the relevant agent and click on ... next to their name
- Click on Route's details
Then: - Reorganize the jobs using drag and drop

- Only make changes when necessary
- Check the impact on schedules after making changes
- Inform your field teams if the order is modified
