The route history allows you to view and analyse routes that have already been completed by your teams.
You will find all the essential information needed to understand what was planned and what was actually carried out in the field.
This area is ideal for monitoring daily activity, analysing performance, and adjusting your future routes.
Why consult the route history?
The route history helps you to:
- analyse the differences between planned and actual results,
- better understand field activity,
- improve the planning of future routes using concrete data.
Steps: how to access the route history
- Go to Analyse.
- Click on Route report.
- Select a date from the calendar.
☝️ Good to know: By default, routes are displayed as a list in a table. You can also switch to a map view by clicking on the corresponding icon above the table: . This view allows you to quickly visualise routes on a map.
Information available in the table
For each route, you can view the following data:
- State
- Vehicle
- Driver
- Completed deliveries (compared with planned deliveries)
- Cancelled deliveries
- Distance travelled in kilometres (vs planned distance)
- Route start time
- Route end time
- Working time (actual vs planned)
- Driving time (actual vs planned)
- Costs
- Capacities
☝️ Note: In the tables, the values displayed correspond to the actual figures by default. When you hover over a value, a tooltip appears showing the planned value. This makes it easier to compare initial planning with real-world execution.
Accessing route details
Click on a route in the list to access its full details.
You can then:
- view the list of route stops,
- compare the planned route with the actual route on a map,
- visualise the route actually taken by a driver.
Understanding stop states on the map
On the map, each stop is displayed using a clear colour code:
- Green: completed stop
- Red: cancelled stop
- Grey: stop that remained in planned state
- Orange: postponed stop
