Your customers' personal data cannot be kept indefinitely. That's why AntsRoute allows you to set a retention period for data relating to your routes and deliveries. To do this, follow these steps:
💡 The maximum retention period for data on AntsRoute is 10 years.
- Click on the blue circle in the top right-hand corner.
- Click on “My account”.
- Click on the “Data management” tab.
- Select the “Number of days” option.
- Enter a value (number of days) greater than or equal to 2.
- Click on the “Save” button.
☝️ Good to know: If necessary, you can define a retention period for proofs of service that is shorter than the retention period for route and delivery data. To do this, follow the steps below.
- Check the “Define a different retention period for proof of service” box.
- Enter a value (number of days) that is less than the route retention period.
- Click on the “Save” button.
