Several people can access your AntsRoute account. You can easily add new users and define their access permissions according to their role within your organisation.
This feature is useful if several team members need to manage routes, analyse data or create jobs.
🙋♀️ Good to know: the number of users in AntsRoute is unlimited. You can invite as many colleagues as needed without any restriction related to your subscription.
Add a user
To give a new colleague access to AntsRoute, follow the steps below:
- Click on your user profile in the top-right corner of the screen.
- Open the Users tab.
- Click the + button.
- Enter the required information:
- Email address
- Password
- Last name (optional)
- First name (optional)
- Phone number (optional)
- Select the user’s role.
- Click Save to complete the creation of the user.
The user will then be able to log in to AntsRoute using the email address and password provided, and can later change their password by following the steps described in this article.
Choose the user’s role
When creating a user, you need to define their level of access. Several roles are available:
- ➡️ Administrator
Full access to the entire account and all sites. - ➡️ Site manager
Access limited to specific sites (warehouses, branches or stores). - ➡️ Analyst
Access only to the Analyse module, allowing them to view statistics and data. - ➡️ Basket manager
Can add jobs (deliveries, collections or visits) and manage them in the basket, without access to other features.
Define accessible sites
If you create a user with the role Site manager, Analyst, or Basket manager, you must also define the sites they can access.
To do this:
- Select the relevant sites from the drop-down list.
- Save the changes.
The user will only be able to view or manage data related to the selected sites.
