When several deliveries are located at the same address (for example, in a residential building or a building housing several businesses), the markers may overlap on the map. This makes it difficult to identify and plan these tasks.
To make the map easier to read, AntsRoute displays a cluster marker when multiple deliveries are at the same address.
💡 Tip: This feature is particularly useful in dense urban areas, where many tasks may be grouped in the same building.
⚙️ How the cluster marker works
- Grouped display: When several deliveries (planned, completed, unassigned, from the basket, etc.) share exactly the same address, a single marker appears on the map with a symbol representing “stacked sheets.”
- Number of deliveries: The marker visually indicates that it groups multiple deliveries inside a red circle.
- Detailed view: By clicking on the marker, a spider view opens, allowing you to see each delivery individually around the address point and access its details.
🎨 Marker color rules
The color displayed for a marker that groups several deliveries at the same address follows a priority order:
- Red (color of unassigned deliveries): If at least one of the deliveries is unassigned.
👉 Even if some deliveries are assigned to a route or come from the basket, the presence of at least one unassigned delivery is enough for the marker to appear red. - Blue (color of deliveries from the basket): If at least one of the deliveries comes from the basket.
👉 Even if some deliveries are assigned to a route, the presence of at least one delivery from the basket is enough for the marker to appear blue. - Agent’s color: If all deliveries belong to a single route, the marker takes the color of the agent assigned to that route.
- Blue: If the deliveries belong to several different routes, the marker will appear blue.
🧐 Where to see it in AntsRoute?
The cluster marker is available:
- On the route map.
- On the delivery basket map during planning.
