To allow a field worker or driver to access their route from the AntsRoute mobile app, they must log in using the credentials assigned to them in the AntsRoute platform, including an email address.
Steps to edit a field worker’s email address:
- Go to the “Resources” module in your AntsRoute interface.
- Click on the “Drivers” tab.
- Find the relevant field worker, then click on the “…” button to the right of their name and select “Edit”.
- Enter the new “Email address” for the worker.
- Click the “Save” button to apply the changes.
💡 Note:
The email address used for a field worker can be fictitious if needed. For example: agent1@antsroute.com
Once the change is made, the field worker will be able to use this new email address to log in to the AntsRoute mobile app.
